It's itchy, and it's drowning me, and the sound is everywhere and I can't escape it. It grows loud and mocks me and disappears only to grow stronger, and I can't breathe because it's everywhere and no one can hear it and I can't make it stop-
(Nir skin is raised, swollen red. There's blood on nir fingertips - they're dead, they're dead, but their hum is still there and ne can't escape it.)

Relic has entomophobia, especially with mosquito swarms. The drone and buzz of them are nightmarish, overwhelming – and the diseases they transmit, along with how painful and itchy the bites get, don't make them any better.
Ne carries mosquito spray and ear muffs, but as soon as ne can't control the sound around nem, ne'll go into a panic. Ne would choke up, trying not to make a sound because it already hurts so so much.

Took me some time, but I've finally done a bit more Cipher homework, yippee!! I had to restart the colours quite a few times because I didn't have a clear idea going into it, and messing around did not work as easily as I hoped it would XD Linear burn saved me for this one hahaha, it made a nicer atmosphere for this piece :DJan 12, 2024

No Relic cause I FEEL YOU!! sometimes i just want to capture them alive and rip off their wings and watch them walk in despair, also the super cool colors?? Restarting the colors worth it! I'm loving the contrast of red and blue and the mosquito in the back, its hard to draw insects and you did a great job doing it!
