it's her party(Belated) happy birthday Ae!!!
As soon as I saw the challenge I immediately had the thought of drawing Collei :D She just emanates this specific energy when you put her in a silly party hat and I felt like it fit her aesthetic hehe
It's pretty simple, but I did try to stretch myself a little with the shadows? I was trying to replicate this black and white artist, and it doesn't really come through but I think it's still a little more fun compared to my usual lineart sksksks
