Movie Night
Yippee
The movie theyāre watching is BĆ©same, which is about these little creatures called Besos that are like My Little Pony x Labubus x a creepy cute aesthetic. Itās a whole phenomenon in Gluttony, it has a fandom like the IRL fandom for MLP where it started off for kids but developed an adult following. Saccharin loves it and has every single piece of merchandise. They watch it inbetween horrifying slashers or psychological thrillers, and also put it on to watch with Solstice a lot of the time because heās a baby about horror movies (even though the weird art films he enjoys are just as freaky but heās somehow impervious to those). The only downside is that it puts him to sleeppp.
Saccharin would have an actually wall-mounted TV to watch BĆ©same, but she needs more shelf space. For her Besos collection.
BĆ©same is made up btw, I just really like adding periphery details/brands and stuff in my worldbuilding.

ohh it's such a treat any time you do these big environmental scenes -- the visual clutter is so so delightful hehe. Also Saccharin's "D:" in the last panel is so real pffft it takes a bit of fortitude to have someone sleep through a film you really enjoy XD
