I saw this DTIYS and the original illustration spoke to me. Even if it were rushed, I knew I wanted to draw Fern in some capacity.
Fern is a beautiful character.
Perhaps if I hadn't been thinking "I need to finish this NOW!" I would have remembered the left arm.
I sketched the arm, but when I painted over it, I forgot
Time taken: possibly two hours. Focused on the face mostly. I think I'm improving when it comes to harder face angles.Oct 6, 2022
