Updated Len ref!! (2026)

Lenore Blythe (usually referred to as Len or Lenny, he/she/they pronouns) is a seemingly-normal human being (or at least, he tries really hard to be. Masking is so hard sometimes). They like journaling, walks in nature, collecting vast amounts of stickers that they will never get around to using, and thrifting.

One day, she thrifted a random necklace that she was so drawn to, by what she could only describe as a force far beyond their understanding. Len had no idea this necklace would lead them to meet the Abyssal jester Bluff O’Lurk in his dreams, an odd being who has become their dearest friend (and biggest crush, which Len was scared to death to admit). They have been connected by their necklaces ever since.
Lenore has been fascinated by the Abyss, and Len wants to one day visit the Abyss themselves, even despite the danger of it changing her from the inside-out. For now, he is not ready to sacrifice his humanity, and her and Bluff both know this.

Once Bluff got itself exiled from the Abyss, Lenny agreed to house it in her apartment, after it came to her decapitated and afraid (Lenore had to sew Bluff’s head back on; how romantic!). This lead to him getting a visit in his dreams from the Abyssal demigod Overlord, a nightmarish visit that ended in pain, trauma, and madness… For both parties.



You know, I do feel bad for Lenny; if I was in her shoes, and if I was inflicted with my own worst fears because some otherworldly asshat got mad at me for defending my friend and lover, I would never want to dream again. I could not imagine the pain that poor Len went through…
Considering that Len is the main character in this story, I do not draw her enough. I need to more often! But… pretty object heads who do horrible things… my weakness…
