Drawtober 2026 day 27: Shyna (Silhouette Mirage)

Here’s another deep cut. I never got a chance to play Silhouette Mirage when I had a Saturn (or the PS1), and ita ungodly expensive on second hand last I checked but the sprite work was so gorgeous and the designs were super pretty. Its kinda a platformer run and gun? But you have to face either left or right depending on whether you need to attack silhouette enemies or mirage enemies. Knowing where to be or how to get enemies on the correct side was a big part of the gameplay. So tricky, but unusual.

I kinda went my own way for the design and style and it made me long for my childhood of playing on my Saturn. Might have to break it out sometime.Oct 28, 2026
