DTIYS Entry VIII – "Berith" 
"Would you ever set her free...?" 
Eyyyyy, it's me again; here with my second DTIYS entry featuring @penpupen's OC, Berith!! The moment I saw her design, my mind was like: "Eyooo, what if I drew her like this?? ...But wait, should I?? That seems difficult tho." Welp, here I am having done it like the madlad I am, hohOHOO-- chokes
Anyway, I almost forgot to mention before but I set this sort of goal that I focus on for each of my entries. On my first one for this year, I focused on side views. For this one, it's the lying–down pose! The sketch only took me one hour to do, but dang the entire thing took me way longer than I expected. Fortunately, it didn't stress me out that much and I finished it without getting stuck.
For my favorite thing about this one, of course, it's the hair. I just love it all wavy, and flowy, and complex. Idk why but drawing it feels somewhat therapeutic, lmao. Also, I had to change the eye color on the last minute. Apparently, I drew it too hot–pinkish, but me being clumsy, accidentally pressed grayscale on my 2nd layer anddd bam, I decided to go with the dull purple vibes that it gave off. The chains and arms gave me a few trouble, but good thing they came out nicely (like I won't even complain cuz there's gold, and I love gold.) And since there's so much going on already, I decided to drop the other details that I was planning to include here (sadge but it was for the sake of my sanity, okie?)
So yeah, I think I'm satisfied with this one too. What do you all think??
