The rat king ~

Well, I had too much fun with the glitter, so I did the rat king Foley too ^w^

Again loosely based on the Phoenix ballet costume with him being on stilts~

Had some fun with lil details like the olives and the lil dancer cutout in the axe head. And went for a more regal, gift wrapping vibe with the decoration
