I like how the POV is you looking down on him. The color theory of complimentary colors for the background is amazing!! I like how the focal point is in the eyes and slowly go out to the hair and slowly going down the rest of the composition. It's really well done. I feel like you stopped the shading on the uniform a bit too early making it look very flat and it makes it look a bit unfinished. But it's really good!! I like it!!
