Please don't. And I'm not judging you, because I surely don't have any reason to. My own thoughts can get very dark. But the emotional isn't satiated just because you afflict yourself physically. And I don't want you to hurt. For whatever miniscule amount of anything that it can possibly matter, I don't want you to suffer that way. Of course you don't have to place any value in my words, but if you want you can message me any time. I may not have the answers, but I can listen. And in the meantime, I can pray.
