Good but think it can use more darker shadows for the skin and the clothes since it looks like its just two values . Its good idea to have 3 values mid tones ,highlights and shadows. You can also improve the nose bridge and the nose tip too by using references and i do feel like those red strokes on the jawline and cheek bone are too distracting
