Draw a water person if you want!

This is my first time doing a challenge, so please bare with me. 🙏 Feel free to draw them however you like. You could draw an already existing OC you have as one if you want. It's not a closed species thing (I think that's what it's called). Just remember they're 100% water. So far they don't have many "rules". Just keep it sfw please. There's no winner nor deadline, just something you can do for fun.

I actually drew this traditionally, and just coloured it digitally

Her dress is inspired by a really pretty dress I saw on Pinterest that looked like waves
