Isabilla Cipher - Gravity Falls OC-I changed a few things since the last post to make her fit into the Gravity Falls art style a little bit more.
-Isabilla is 1 month older than the twins (Dipper and Mabel).
-Because Bill Cipher physically wasn't able to be there for her, in a way ruining her life, growing up as a freak in the middle of Oregon with a single, mentally ill mother. She hates Bill and tries to act the opposite of him. She seems shy at first and doesn't talk much until you get to know her.
-She has a selection of her father's powers, those being, creating temporary Illusions, going into/altering people's dreams, and setting mini fires, she doesn't use her powers often though because they require a lot of energy.
