Bee and Skye RedesignsRedesign of old Devil’s Daycare characters!! They got hit with the hair blast (because I used to only design bald characters LOL).
Skye’s skin palette got downsized, I feel like the complex skin patterns should be reserved for really powerful demons (such as the Vices). However I reintroduced those colors back into the colors of her outfit somewhat so she still very much looks herself.
Bee’s fashion sense is more creepy cute since I feel like Gluttony demons would like to take after their Vice ruler (in this case Saccharin, who very much is creepy cute). She’s sooo cute
Skye is based loosely off a moose but really only in the horns. Since male moose are the only ones that have horns I think it’s a cute little visual reminder that’s she transgender :) trans women yeah yeah yeah happy pride month!!!!
I,,, have never drawn two characters kissing before in my entire life. Like ever. I’m genuinely shocked. The only other time I’ve ever done it was when I made some Silver x Blaze fanart but I never ended up posting it. My only other OC couple, Lux and Ignis, literally can’t kiss openly because I’ve got a rule about never showing Lux’s face under the mask. So basically what I’m saying is that lesbians are so powerful that it broke a weird curse I didn’t even know I was suffering from.
Not going to bring back Devil’s Daycare any time soon it’s just a cozy little nook that I like to sit down in every once in a while.
