D3mon_cat's Cringetober 2026
(Its easier to read this on my tumblr post- https://www.tumblr.com/d3mon-cat/827473531834171392/cringetober-2026?source=share)Ive always wanted to take part in some kind of inktober challenge but ive always felt overwhelmed by all of the prompts, and knew i'd never be able to draw them all. So ive been inspired by @/icryink on tumblr (go check out their cringetober!!) to create my own Cringetober, but the catch is theres only 2 prompts per week!
Rules and explanations below:
Rules:
1. No NSFW
2. No AI
3. No tracing
Don't worry about doing every single prompt, you can choose to do just one a week, or you can do one every 2nd week. Or u can do random prompts. Just dont burn yourself out!
You may also start drawing in advance if you like!
EXPLANATIONS OF PROMPTS:
Week 1:
Im aware this is the shortest week, dont worry about starting on it, you can start on week 2 if you wish!
Sparklefur:
A sparklefur (aka sparkledog/sparklecat) is an animal of which typically has a very vibrant design, scene hair and wears many accessories. You may also draw gloomfurs for this too.
Crossover:
Draw your favourite characters from different pieces of media together, like a crossover episode!
Week 2:
OC x canon:
Draw your oc or yourself in a ship with a character from a piece of media. (AKA self-ship/yumeship) The ship does not have to be romantic, and can be platonic if you wish.
Creepypasta:
A horror-related legend that has been spread around the Internet like a copy pasta (examples include: Jeff the killer, Pinkamena, Sonic.exe)
Week 3:
Game avatar:
Draw an avatar you have from a game that allows you to customise your avatar. Examples: Animal jam, Roblox, Sims
If you dont have any games like these, you may draw another avatar you found online (please credit avatar owner if you can)
Nyan Cat:
Draw Nyan Cat, or a character/OC as nyan cat. Anything works as long as theres a nyan cat element to it
Week 4:
Furrify:
Draw yourself, your friends or a character as a furry. I have examples on my profile of turning myself and my friends into furries.
Iconic 2010's mspaint furry artstyle:
The popular artstyle that deviantart furries used to draw on mspaint. (Spikey fur, bangs over eye, shaded with black airbrush)
Week 5:
Recreate a 2010s meme:
Draw a character or oc over a meme that was popular during the 2010s (Doge, Sanic, Datboi etc.)
Your OCs in costume:
Its halloween!! Draw your OCs or a favourite character in costumes for Halloween!

the prompts seem really fun and i'm happy you made it with just 2 prompts per week as i've always had trouble catching up with every day and would prefer choosing some prompts i wanted to do instead lol i'm planning on participating!
