Club Board - Cipher Academy

✨ Recruitment for Cipher Academy Clubs!! Join our fun!! ✨ In this challenge you'll get the chance to create your own afterschool clubs inside Cipher Academy. Any student can create a club, but there can only be one club of each thing (e.g.: we can't have multiple gardening clubs, but we can have a gardening club and a biology club, which are different areas and activities). In this challenge you'll submit a leaflet for the club you want to create and then you have to wait for people to comment on your post asking to join the club! To join this challenge you'll need to have at least one official Cipher Academy OC. You can visit the "My Challenges" collection on my profile and scroll down to the first Cipher Academy challenge to create your own Cipher OC! :D We'd love to have you here with us!! <3 - - - - - - - Rules: - - - - - - - - If you have an idea for a club: comment bellow! If no one else had the same idea I'll give you the green light to create a club leaflet. In adition, any OC of yours can be the Club President, even if they're a Beginner (WARNING: you can only create 1 club; this is because managing clubs will be a lot of work); - If you just want to join a club, look through the entries to check all the clubs currently in existence and comment on the entry that interests you. Something like "[insert your OCs name] would like to apply for this club"; - Clubs won't have a maximum amount of members, but they WILL require a minumum of 3 members to stay open. This is to avoid clutter. A club can only start operating as such when they get at least 3 members; - Your OCs will be allowed to join a MAX of 2 clubs. This is to avoid people forgetting all the clubs they're in and club activities being left in the void. Your OC can apply to 2 different clubs, not any more; - Club Presidents (the artist behind the OC) will be in charge of creating new challenges for the club they own + challenges for any club activity they wanna create. That is where the art related to the club's activities should be posted; - Club Presidents need to manage interactions and activities inside their club so remember you'll need to keep your club moving with new activities and maybe adventures. You don't need to ask my permission for every new activity, but do keep in mind in-universe rules. If there's any doubts about what the clubs are and aren't allowed to do I'll always be open to help. Also, Clubs will be like a side quest to the main story, so you can create lil stories but these won't impact the main one; - If you ever decide to get your OC out of a club you need to talk about it with your Club President (the OC's artist, in this case). This is to avoid people vanishing without a warning. If your OC is the Club President and you wanna get out, you need to find another OC to replace yours as the president, or choose to disband the club. - You need to keep a minimum of 3 members to keep working as a club. Sadly, smaller clubs, that don't have at least 3 members, will have to disband in case they can't find more members I think that's all!
