Ahh this looks beautiful! There's a lot of detail and emphasis on the jewlery which draw attention away from the face, adding more detail/lightening up the face could help draw the focal point back to her face:)

I don't have much critique cus it's already a really good artwork; the shading/lighting looks realistic, the colors fit together very well, and I like how the face is the most detailed and sharp part of the illustration while the dress for example is more blurry. It's a very nice drawing to look at!
Something you could improve on are maybe facial expressions. Personally I think portraits are a bit more interesting when the person is showing some kind of emotion instead of just having a completely neutral look. Still a really great piece, though!
