This tree came out from a sensorial musical experience in spring 2019
I made a big sketch, a full map related to the music album of Patrick Watson Adventures in your own backyard. Each part of the map is a song of this album and this tree is the depiction of the track Noisy sunday. This version is extracted of the map for the Inktober prompt ^^
Made with pens and watercolors. For the top "cloudy" part of the tree, I painted with both of my hands at the same time, it's a technique I've seen on Karl Kopinski's IG profile. He paint with a inkbrush in one hand and a waterbrush in the other hand. It's quite an awesome experience to paint like that !
