When Foghorn first saw Magnifico in his mirror cell, he was willing to do whatever to get out of this hell hole... but it was a mistake...

Magnifico had wanted to find something to relief his stress whenever his anger is triggered. Needless to say a pathetic toon like Foghorn was just what he needed...

Being Magnifico's "stress toy" was torture for Foghorn... he now understood what those who worked under him felt...

Despite being a toon... dealing with pain over and over and over to no end by a power hungry former king was affecting his psyche... He had nightmares of those he ignored and hurt and always woke up crying afterwards... If it wasn't for the heroes stopping Magnifico and his league of villains and finding him when he was about to drink a flask of DIP he stole from the study...

Following his recovery, Pip recommended he'd work as Albie's secretary, since he DID work in a company before, despite having done bad things when he worked under Acme and taking over it.

The only person he'd talk about his past mistakes would be Elise(From Doctor Elise](whom she told a few people about her reincarnations and what she did in her first life) who understood his shame, guilt and regret.

It would be a long, long time for him to slowly fall for Albie and for them to get together due to his slight apprehension of royals and magic in general... by going through therapy first.
