Power : Hemokinesis [aka Bloodbending]
Bio : Sine found it really ironic. To have powers that relied on blood when she herself was pretty much anemic.
Sine's power was never made for good, not really. How could it be when it relied on the use of other people? In this case, what she relied on was their blood.
She had a partner once, who seemed so generous in helping her out. They both fought what she thought was a common enemy. Sine's partner would provide her with the blood she needed to fight and while she thought it was odd, Sine never questioned why her partner would be so willing to provide her with her own blood.
It wasn't until a while later did Sine realize that she was just a guinea pig in her partner's experiment. Along with being provided blood, there were certain chemicals mixed into it as well that were made to manipulate with Sine's emotions. It was to test and see what would provide the best outcome in a fight.
One particular experiment backfired though, leaving Sine stuck in an enraged state with the need to seek revenge. She never want to be used again. And if that made her the bad guy? Fine.
IT WOULDN'T BE ME IF THEY WEREN'T CRYING. That took a steep turn to edgy and angsty huh? I guess my edgy phase never really left me. =w=
ANYWAY HERES MY SUBMISSION FOR THIS CHALLENGE. It was really fun, I actually had this design saved for quite some time but had no idea what to do with it. I might just draw out Sine's partner as well. She's technically meant to be the 'hero' of this whole thing.Jan 28, 2021
