Draw my OC

Rowena is a 12 year old child with mommy AND daddy issues, having grown up in a neglectful family, her only comfort being her older brother who dies in a car crash. This leads to her role in the downfall of society. No deadlines, have fun with this. But please actually enter something unlike my previous challenge.
