Jake is a warrior so his muscles came more from training for battle,he also likes to keep a good diet and remain fit cause his image means a lot to him.he has a battle scar on his stomach that foesnt show herd but its smth hes pretty insecure ab bc hes so used to being perfect he doesn't like "flaws" tho as the story progress he gets more scars but learns to accept them :)
