Help my cat get treatment

Gus is showing signs of some issues with his ears, and he's not grooming himself properly. I just found out he's starting to get matted, so I spent 30 minutes brushing the matting out. I'm scared for him, and I can't afford a vet visit. If you can help in any way, here's my Ko-Fi
