This really gave me a wave of inspiration when it comes to experimental art.

I really wanted to let lose on it and make the whole aesthetic acidic and confusional. But still collected and striking.

It looks like he's holding something. There's a line underneath his right eye and I can't tell what it is. 
I love how bony his hand is. It matches his skinny face and the overall loopy, drugged out vibe.
