art improvement / old art challengeSo I started taking art more seriously when I was around 12... here’s how it looked back then + how it evolved.
I started with warrior cats and wolves and branched out to humans in 2017, and since 2019 it’s mainly humans.
2016-2017 was a huge improvement jump, I think it’s often like that for beginner artists?
The colors I used went from edgy & saturated (2016-2017) to bright and saturated (2018) to muted, pastel and dark (2019) to muted, warm, and dark (2020). Pretty cool.
Oh for the apps:
Beginning 2016 was Animation HD (3/10 don’t recommend)
Mid 2016 - beginning 2017 was Sketchbook (7/10 nice)
Mid 2017 - now is Procreate (11/10 super cool, wish I had an iPad that supported Apple Pencil and 3D Touch tho so I didn’t have to use my
)
On a side note my dumbass didn’t know how to properly write soulcatdoodles’s/soulcatdoodles’ back in 2016-2017, kinda wack lmao
Ok that’s all byeApr 12, 2021
