I see what you tried to do with the shadowing on her rear, but it looks too gray. Maybe a lighter, saturated color (purple or blue) would help make it POP more 
As for the hair, I struggle with that as well 
But it’s best to keep it simply by shading and highlighting shapes over it than doing it by “strand”.
