Design me!

I have a character I haven't drawn and shown to the public but I did share some of their features and a bit about them. So the challenge is designing what this character can look like based on the vibes given from the drawing and the pics from the mood board. Do you think they have long hair? A funky hair style? Wear accessories ? Do they look like someone who wears jewellery? Or someon who struts in a suit 24/7? I wanna know what be in your style!
