Gore, gouged eyes, blood blood blood
Day Seven: The Badass MomentThat moment when a horrific creature gouges your eyes and you now have to work off auditory commands from your nephew.
Couldn’t be me, auditory processing disorder will have me asking them to repeat the commands over and over
I can’t even tell what direction it’s coming from sometimes its so weird 
Anyways, insecure artist rant/disclaimers ahead: I know the proportions are wrong, the hand/sword grip, I don’t know how to draw gore, yada yada and henceforth.
I forsook the use of references in a blind abandon in pursuit to keep the high stakes energy I was feeling. I sketched wildly, I hardly used the marker color chart and just took my chances ‘cause ya know marker cap colors are not a good indicator of the marker hue itself.
I had fun with this, that’s it. I’m proud of my attempt at a carefree experience. It was exciting imagining the action and movements, and trying to put pen to paper to express that. My head is usually so full to the brim with perfectionism that I’d sometimes rather snap my pencil in half and go another month without a sketch than make something slightly bad.
