Self-flagellation
Mark 5:3-5 (fan oc)
Hello time to yap about this guy mwahahah,,,Meet Malus, he is my fan oc for a game called Ikemen Villains. The general lore of the game is set in 1890s era-esque London. Individuals called the Cursed (they're cursed by various fairytales) exist and they have supernatural powers. They are people who are fated to die a horrible death and are often driven into a life of crime. In the game there are 3 different cursed organizations, The Crown (they serve as queen Victoria's special forces lol. They fight evil with evil), Vogel (they work for the german empire and they want to create a world where cursed individuals rule over normal humans) and the Libra (they just got introduced idk their lore)
Anyways where does Malus fit in all this? Nowhere. He is someone who bears the curse of the apple, which apple? Its not clarified but its either the apple from the Bible, or the one from snow white. Either way he's doomed to die being used. He hates the fact that he's cursed and has tried multiple times to end his own life to no avail. He has resorted to extreme self flagellation to repent for his sins and yes he's a Vicar. He's friends with one of the canon characters in the game named Roger Barel (the guy cursed with the hunter from snow white). They met since Roger is a researcher who has dedicated his life to finding a cure for curses. A string of people reported being ill after going to a certain vicar's sermons and that intrigued Roger, who found Mal at the center of it all. They're both collaborating to find a cure for curses. Mal is more than eager to share his DNA for Roger's research.
That's all for him. His curse gives him the ability to poison others. I havent figured out how yet but im thinking contact yes :]]Sep 21, 2026

Is his curse going to be sent to a heard of pigs which run off a cliff, or is that part of the biblical narrative not being considered for his design? /gen
