Before I used Anjo, I went by AJ online :D I also decided to use that name for my first job so now I can't hear it without being mentally sent into the tea store during rush hour-
Anjo came from bashing letters together until it gave me something that sounded okay XD I only noticed the pattern with Avens Junction later on hehe. My general rule for naming myself is that it has to start with A, and that it's got the ability to be used in a pun. I like making silly lil anjokes :)

I'll mention Avens Junction while I'm here too ^-^ Around the time I started using Artfol, I had to take a train to school. The transit was almost 2 hours, so there was a lot of free time for myself. Those years weren't my best honestly
I ended up getting attached to the train system since that was one of the only times I could really decompress. I made trains part of my lil aesthetic, and although I don't take them as much nowadays, I still try to keep up that spirit ^-^ That's where the Junction comes from :D Avens is a type of flower that has a yellow variant - I chose it because it started with A (predictable) and because aesthetically it looked very nice as a word (probably because it looks like the word avian lmao).
In actuality I imagine Avens Junction would be a train station surrounded by a mostly canola flower field, with maybe one or two special avens plants to justify the name haha.Apr 29, 2024
