This is a mini comic I made to try and explore how these two's relationship dynamic would play out
.
To put it simply, Hazel was the first to ever get this close to Luke, and that kinda scares him.

He's afraid of possibly messing up their relationship and in turn hurting Hazel, causing him to feel very conflicted about expressing his feelings to her for a big portion of the story. (same goes to Hazel honestly)

This isn't actually how the scene plays out when it comes to the actual story, I just wanted to draw a pretty scenery lol.

I love the way you drew Hazel’s hair, it’s got so much flow and volume! Super cute comic btw, the scenery is really pretty.
