Blue SnakeThis is the piece that got selected to be in an exhibit in a Philly coffee shop for the month of February. I was so thrilled to be chosen. I priced my piece higher then usual because I felt I wasn’t asking my worth. All the other artists priced theirs so much lower then mine. I had no expectations to sell. I got to the coffee shop this afternoon to pick up my painting they tell me that I was there to pick up my money! No one contacted me to tell me that it sold! I was in absolute shock! I am over joyed!
The only other time I sold a piece in an exhibit was to a friend. Not saying that doesn’t have meaning, it def does. But you know it’s just different when a total stranger pays you for your work! This is a first and I’m just so excited I wanted to share the my new artist friends Feb 27, 2023
