When a young couple are invited out to an exclusive dining experience like none other on a remote island along with a select few illustrious food critics and celebrities, terror ensues. What starts as a magical evening spirals into a chaotic game of survival orchestrated by the twisted mind of culinary cult leader Chef Slowik a demented celebrity cook with a point to prove.
Probably the most poignantly provocative moment of the film Tyler is collared by his idol Chef Slowik the cult of personality head chef who puts him on the spot to cook a dish of his own and be critised in front of an audience of elite kitchen staff only to recieve the ultimate humiliation of being lambasted and told he is a worthless cook.
Unable to handle the gravity of this ordeal Tyler sees no other option than to forfeit his existence...
