This is Moon's mother, she was a very lovely, caring, woman, she never had any harmful intent on the world or her loved ones, she was as peaceful as that blossom tree island (or whatever it is ;-:) was her death her fault? Did she kill herself? Was it her husbands fault? Or maybe even Missy? Maybe Selena's death is what put Missy in a hole of guilt? Nobody actually knows and Missy has refused to tell anyone what really happened, just a matter of tragic events I guess...
