Character Design Peaked in 7th Grade

IDK if anyone wants to do this, but I thought it would be fun to see other people's interpretation of this doodle.

Found this drawing in an old school notebook and I thought the design was just so hilariously bad I had to do something about it. Yes I used How to Draw Anime books at the time.
